Während des Mobile Entertainment Market 06 (MEM 2006) wurden die diesjährigen Gewinner der „Mobile Entertainment Forum“(MEF)-Awards bekannt gegeben. BBC-Radiosprecher Pete Tong stellte die Preisträger auf dem von Motorola und Sun Microsystems gesponserten Event in London vor. Die Gewinner in den einzelnen Kategorien:

Mobile Content Award: Chooz Active Content („Foreplay)
Mobile Service Award: Bango („The Bango Service“)
Mobile Innovation Award: 3 UK und Yospace („SeeMeTV“)
Mobile Entertainment Operator Award: 3 UK
Mobile Entertainment Handset Award: Nokia (N70)
Mobile Entertainment Marketing Campaign Award: France Telecom/Orange und Warner Music („Madonna: Confessions On A Dance Floor“)
