We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Global Head of Data & Analytics (f/m/d) to lead our data initiatives. As the Global Head of Data & Analytics (f/m/d), you will play a pivotal role in establishing and overseeing the data strategy, managing a team of skilled data professionals, and driving the adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organization. This is a leadership position that requires a deep understanding of data analytics, a passion for digital media, and the ability to drive impactful insights that contribute to the company's growth and success.

Your Tasks
  • Data Strategy and Leadership: Establish data governance practices, data quality standards, and data privacy guidelines to ensure compliance and accuracy in data-driven decision-making.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize music-related data, such as streaming metrics, user behavior, sales, and market trends, to uncover opportunities for growth, revenue optimization, and enhanced user experiences.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: Work closely with executive leadership to align data initiatives with strategic goals and priorities.
  • Team Development and Leadership: Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the global data team.
  • Data Management and Infrastructure: Collaborate with IT& Data Engineering and other relevant teams to optimize data architecture and data pipelines to support analytics and reporting needs.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline. A Master's or Ph.D. is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role in data analytics, preferably within the entertainment industry.
  • Strong understanding of data management principles, data governance, and data privacy regulations.
  • Proven expertise in data analytics, statistical modeling, data visualization, and advanced analytics tools (e.g., BiqQuery, Python, R, SQL, etc.).
  • Familiarity with music-related data sources, including streaming metrics, sales data, user behavior, and industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing data teams.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate data insights into strategic recommendations and actionable plans.
